Our raw Hawaiian honeys are created from the elements of paradise. Lush tropical flowers, island sunshine, gentle showers, trade winds, and mauka rainbows — all contribute to their unique taste.
Mānoa Honey & Mead harvests some of the world's best honey from the most remote islands in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, raising bees all around Oʻahu. The hot, dry west side of Oʻahu is a prime location for White Kiawe Honey, while on the North Shore the bees forage on Christmas Berry blossoms near the coastline. Fresh bee pollen is harvested daily in central Oʻahu, and every apiary has unique flora that offers its own distinguished honey flavor.
